What this does.
1.) Enable's MMS
2.) Enable's OTA on Sprint Devices
3.) Makes MSL 000000
4.) Enables NAM Programming.
5.) Install's cricket carrier logo.
6.) Enables tethering for people who have tethering
7.) You will stop getting notifications from 62 number (Sprint only)

How to Manual Program
1.) Open dialer
2.) Enter ##626 (NAM)
3.) Enter 000000
4.) Enter MDN
5.) Enter MIN

Done you have now manually programmed the device.
From what i have seen this will also create your activation record.

Both packages are completely 100% reversible as long as you don't alter the back ups.
