Here's a cplist I edited for MetroPCS. This may/should work to get MMS. If someone wants to try it. Be my guess. I cant test it right now cause internet services for Metro are down in the Michigan area I live in. Please let me know if this helped.

Thanks YDiddy... I filled in the fields and tried to save but was told "XML Parser Error: Found Non-Key Inside <Dict> at line 204".......... So I added "<key>signature</key>" to line 205 and it saved, but MMS still doesn't working
HI, If I use this to enter min and mdn can I provision my handset with another carrier by using *228 ota. If yes great. If not then will it help if i load my carrier's prl before provisioning ota.
