I tried it but it's not working saying cannot locate state (something like that) any idea why? and how to get it right?

probably you trying to read other model. This program work perfect but work with sprint 3820 only.

Hi thanks for replying but is there anything i have to know how to use it that i don't know yet? because by me its loading & loading with no results.

nothing special. just connect and read. If you reading scp3820 - you will get spc. But as i told - my opinion you trying to read other model and it will not work for it.
