    I have an iPhone 3GS. My IMEI is already unlocked but my phone won't unlock through iTunes on my comp using simple mobile sim or AT&T and ultrasn0w won't unlock my phone either. won't factory unlock through wifi on the iphone either. I tried both sim cards Simple Mobile and AT&T on iOS 5.1.1 and on iOS 6.0....no cookies...no joy baseband is 06.15.00
