I have an iPhone 3GS. My IMEI is already unlocked but my phone won't unlock through iTunes on my comp using simple mobile sim or AT&T and ultrasn0w won't unlock my phone either. won't factory unlock through wifi on the iphone either. I tried both sim cards Simple Mobile and AT&T on iOS 5.1.1 and on iOS 6.0....no cookies...no joy
baseband is 06.15.00

if it is factory unlock it should work with itunes. send me the imei to check if it factory unlocked or try to restore.
