sanyo innuendo 6780 diag mode help

Hello guys,
Has anyone been able to work with this phone in CDMA workshop or other CDMA tools? I have been trying to read this phone for a couple of weeks. I initially thought that it may be a driver issue or something, but after numerous different drivers and 2 different cables, I am stuck. Is there a way to put this phone into DM mode or is there something special that needs to be done?

You can try this:
If you already have the driver (what we believe to be the driver)
1. get your msl
2. dial ##PORT#
3. select DM and enter your MSL
4. then dial ##8778# and enter your MSL again
5. select USB
6. see if you can connect to CDMAWS or if it can be read by QPST EFS Explorer
