you need to unlock your itunes for carrier injection(the latest version), you must have your commcenter patched correctly and your phone must be activated via ota or saved activation ticket from redsn0w.

I got itunes to go into carrier mode about 10 min after i made the post. Lol. I now have working MMS and no issues with anything. Thanks for the reply Rich.

In your contacts where you enter the persons number, it will give you options to save it as there mobile, home, iphone, ect. select iphone and see if that makes a difference.
