Use Droid Razr(XT 912) on GSM

Hey Gurus,

I have searched over the internet and found tha the Droid Razr sold by Verizon supports GSM Bands but the functionality is disabled by Verizon.

So can anyone help me to use my Droid Razr with a GSM simcard...One more thing I want to ask is that is it possible to use the OMH RUIM in this phone..

I remember flashing a china telecom rom to Incredible 2 and after that I was able to use GSM as well as CDMA OMH RUIM in the phone. Is this possible in Droid Razr also ???

the radio is locked for usa use on cdma only.

Yes. The radio can B unlocked. I unlocked mine... I'd give U a link but I don't remember where I found it... I do know I started with Google though
