i have SPH-M820 galaxy prevail i unlocked conected with cdma 2.7 it wont read the nam from my phone it leaves it blank but i found

using another version that wont let me save the nam but it will give me that info so i put it in but there is still banks and other things im not sure what to put i would assume the DIR number is your cellphone number and name is just any random name but in this case i will call it nam1 the well not in this my scm says 0x2a so ill put that too

and i assume i creat nam 1 file and nam 2 file which are the same exact information correct? this is the only thing thats holding me up to create the nam file because i cant seem to read it so if i put it all in myself i need to know what i should put so i dont brick my new phone
