Activation failure after restoring iphone4 to 4.2.8 outside verizon network
I was using 4.2.6 jailbroken iOS and i did master reset(accidently.wasnt aware abts cons). So when i restore my iphone to stock 4.2.8 iOS, its showing 00000008599 as my phone number and activation fails.
Help please.
PS: i was using this verizon iphone in india under othr carrier.

Under Settings its showing network unavailable !! Still Showing network bars after few seconds of "No Service".
