Sanyo SCP-2700 Juno Com Port

Hey guys. New User here. Been flashing phones for about a year. Never had a problem with most sanyo phones. The 2700 juno however doesn't want to show up at all on my windows xp laptop. I have downloaded and updated the universal drivers located at houdinisoft, however still there is just no indication that the phone is connected to the pc whatsoever. I can fend for myself once I get the phone recognized, I just need that first step so I can continue through the process. Any help would be appreciated.

hey have u found out how to get this phone into diag mode, i cant figure it out ethere
