it is possible to write to it,but the first you will need to write your prl,look for a guide in the iphone forum for that.

i did not address it because it's supposta be corrected by crickets engineering dept.but they seem to be dragging there feet prolly trying to wrap up approval for the fix for the issue,but not sure.i have been meaning to call and get an update.if they dont soon i will have to try and iron it out i guess,but hope'n i dont have to.

i have written the prl and even had my esn put on the network but my carrier does not offer ota hence i need to manually put in the parameters....i was hoping the flash would do dat?

you need to have a working patched commcenter to do that.
