Hey, sorry if this is the wrong place, but I downloaded the driver software for my Ocean and when I try to update them, it says the computer doesn't recognize the driver. It's plugged in, but for some reason, it won't allow the driver to be found in the folder. Is there something else I'm missing? Any thought will help, I joined just to ask this because I'm stumped.
