    Default Flashing succes rate?

I am relatively new at this business and have just crossed the 100 phone mark. Out of the 100 customers I have had, there have been 4 that I could not get to work.

1 of those I was just too dumb (new) at the time and have since been successful at that phone.
1 was that I couldn't get the comp to see it at all....that one still has me scratching my head.
1 I couldn't get the SPC no matter what I did...
and 1 looked right and connected to the right network, but simply would not work. (I still think the problem may be on the network side)

But it got me thinking....what is the normal success rate? are these findings typical for everyone, or do you all get different results? What are your success rates, and what are the reasons for the ones that don't work...

Is 3-4% about average? High? Low?
