hey i thank you for the info i have two com ports showing for the samsung one samsung usb modem and samsung usb modem diagnostic but when i open them they can be read i wonder whats wrong never had a problem like this before

you have to have debugging and dun checked

i have debugging on but what exactly is dun you mean bluetooth dun ?

dial up networking,its in the mobile networks tab,samsungs require it and is hidden on alot of them requiring a code to access it.
