Old phone, old problem, but I've come to need it. A while back I stuck this thing in NAM2 and have been unable to figure out the unlock code. I was hoping a firmware upgrade from LG would fix it, but it did nada. I've spent many hours on Google, tried CDMA Workshop, LGNPST, dialer codes, but nothing is working. Any advice is appreciated, aside from saying taking it to Verizon to have them reprogram it.
The phone is unactivated which may be part of the problem. Not really sure though as all my experience is in WinMo, not feature phones. May try activating it on a number tomorrow, we'll see.
