How to go from 4.24.651.1 to 4.22.651.2?

I have an unrooted evo that came with 2.3.3 4.24.651.1 and I want to put 4.22.651.2 on it so voicemail notification will work. How can I do this? I tried finding the stock unrooted ROM and renaming in PC36IMG.zip and put it on the SD but no luck. It just read the file then never gave me an option to do anything.

Do you have S-Off? If so then something like you tried should work. Otherwise you'll have to go with one of the signed RUUs. You can find them here:

S is ON, these phones came factory wih 2.3.3. Thanks a lot! I did a bunch of Googling but could find it! Thanks again!
