HTC Removed External Memory

Here is my story I hope this is the right location to post this well I had a HTC Touch by Sprint flashed to Cricket some years back....I recently dusted it off and activated everything worked fine besides the internet so I decided to try my hand at a fresh flash...I flashed it Myn's Warm Donut on my external memory I was then having some issues with the numbers being way to big for the screen so while trying to fix the issue I made matters worse by selecting my external SD and deleting it....instead of just re-flashing and starting the entire process over (cutting corners is bad)....so then I was stuck with a android os that would not sync to my windows vista or mac...I think reflashed a stock sprint rom synced it back to windows but no external memory shows up only TFAT memory 59mb will someone please help me or is the phone s.o.l??? btw it still makes calls/texts...my unlocker is 2.31 cokeman's if that helps

Place it into the bootloader, connect the USB and flash a RUU ROM.
