    Default Kyocera JAX Help

I have a Kyocera JAX Phone that I am needing to get the PRL and MIN and MDN off of but I cannot get this phone to showup at all on the PC when plugging in the USB cable to my PC. Is there something I need to do to get this phone to show up?

It says this on the label.

    10-R727A-01 JAX

    FCC ID: OVF - K33BIC04
    K33BIC - 04

Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.

no, it does nothing. no question mark no anything. I used the same cord for my wifes Android and it works fine. I tried another for the heck of it and nothing. The phone shows it is charging though when it is plugged in. just never does anything on the PC. In device manager nothing changes showing it needs a driver or that it has an unrecognized device. no nothing.

I downloaded the drivers but they wont help me yet until the PC recognizes new hardware because it has a inf file that it will load for that device but the device never recognizes.
