cant get data or mms on LG AX8575

need help figuring this out, i have a lg 8575 i had thru alltel and switched to page plus cellular. i cant get internet or mms now and im not sure what i need to do i tried using a free wap and i am able to change the wap settings but cant figure out if i am missing a step or 2... i was able to get a env2 working before but this phone wont work the same way

if you have the alltel software flash it to verizon then edit the settings
