    Qwest M1's SPC can be found with CDMA Workshop RAM method at either of these memory bases.

    cdma workshop does not work anymore, they took the server down several years ago

    True for CDMA Workshop 3.x, but there is a working cracked copy of CDMA Workshop 2.7.
