CDMA Flashing Suggestions

For the past couple years I've enjoyed "playing" with my phones, seeing what I can get them to do, etc.

I've flashed a couple phones personally but only because I was unable to find someone to do it for me at the time. I've even looked into local shops or dealers that offer this service in the area where I live, but haven't been able to track any down.

At this point, I'm wondering if this is potentially something that I could get into, and do on the side locally in my area...hopefully some of you guys with experience out there can shed some light for me. Is this an area that is potentially profitable, or would I be wasting my time?? What type of software are you guys using?? I have a copy of CDMA-WS, but am curious what other software/equipment I would need to look into.

I'd appreciate any info or advice that any of you who are doing this could give.
