Update on cricket iphone text message problem

i might have a little lead as to things to come i am using a ios5 beta version and i was to get facetime and the sms was little better in terms of who can text me back att and cricket the rest where a NO GO but i am think with the beta ios there is more room to play will update soon

Just had my verizon Iphone 4 flashed to cricket its running the 4.2.9 firmware, The first text I sent out was to a friend on verizon, he texted me back and I got it, next text was to a friend on AT&T he received the text and replied but I never got it, since the the only text I get now is the cricket to cricket ones just thought it was weird how the first one went through and then they stopped working. any word on a jailbreak for the 4.2.9 or am I screwed on that one?

Any updates on this text problem, this is killing me not being able to get text other than cricket, also anybody know if we will ever be able to have mobile web and be able to use google maps
and send picture messages?

I'm hoping with iOs5 coming out...there will be something vulnerable in the system to flash this sucker

generally speaking,as the os's progress,security gets tougher,and more complicted.

there is a fix for the text message problem comming.its in the works and shouldnt be long.
