I am a new member, and I am concerned about the amount of drive by malware on this site. I am currently trying to clean up my laptop from 2 infections acquired here from the main forum pages.

Is there a problem here, or should I use a particular browser and turn off all scripting while on this site? And no I did not click on anything--these were threats embedded in the ads.
