New (unprogrammed) LG vx5600 spc?

I searched for hours and can't find this answer: I have a customer that brought me a Brand new Verizon phone. I am trying to flash it to work with our local carrier. (Syringa) Do they have an SPC code from the factory? I have used CDMAware and QPST to try to find it, with no luck. any pointers?

Also, If I put it on a Verizon account just to program it, then take it off the account will the phone be put to SPC 000000 like other verizon phones?

if its not zeros,then it is likely a prepaid (which are not set to zero's). so try with workshop,use the lg method.that should get it for you

I have tried that and get the error: Failed.. cannot read SPC. I will try to activate it on an account
