a little more info needed please, do you have a specific prl you are tryin to load or just trying to change carriers?

It will also be a Verizon PRL. I want to change it from 52257 to 58002. Thanks.

use virtual serial port and workshop to read the phone, on the security tab send spc (000000) then go to other tab and write the spc.your done
