LG ally in diag mode or work in QPST?

Hi my LG Ally is flashed to metropcs with talking and texting but now I'm trying to get web and mms working.. yeah the settings don't stick but I was told to use a different firmware? [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

but how do I use this? I've never done it before thanks
