Hi that is a really old phone, have you tried the links on the forum? I had it at some point but its on an old ext storage drive now or gone from a failed drive not sure which. I am not sure what it is worth to you but you could hire someone to dump and make it reloadable for you if you need it bad enough.

I can do it and so can a few others, might not be to cost effective for one device if that is all you need it for. You can make a post requesting this service and see if anyone will respond to it
