Guide -- manual programming for ascend m860

I came in here trying to find out how ot edit my ascend m860 MEID. I already knew the code I discovered here , however it des not allow that function.

Is there another way to manually edit , or perhaps a simple easy application to allow such?

I need to program Huawei C8655 CDMA (Chinatelecom).
With ruim card no connection,or it's locked...???
With ##626* no success..
