After I reboot a 3rd time Carrier is Not Available and PRL is 31001. Still no service

refresh our memory's if you would as to what model ip you have and what prl you need on the phone.
is the prl boolean off ? it needs to be off except when your implementing a new prl to the phone.Custom tools and custom phone & mifi firmwares built to your specs.Contact me !

I have a Verizon iPhone 4 8GB. Trying to get the Sprint carrier settings on the phone. The new iPhone 4 with iOS 5 on it has a bunch of carrier settings at /System/Library/Carrier Settings/iPhone

I'm reading a lot of stuff about patching CommCenter? Could that have something to do with it? Sorry if these questions don't make sense I'm new to this iPhone stuff.
