So with a jailbreak we still cannot change the filesystem even with apple carrier files? I thought the jailbreak allowed for us to change those files, no restriction!

I jailbroke the verizon iphone injected the prl and the rest of the files from Sprint carrier bundle files into the vzw folder. Everything was pointing to sprint; however, sprint strictly uses WiFi to activate the iPhone and for some reason the activation wasn't hitting Sprint servers. There was a sequence like ##827.... to force activation, but that didn't do anything except make a phone call. It was supposed to trigger the wifi activation. This turned out to be more complicated than the cricket activation. I'm sure if someone had a Sprint activated iPhone that they could extract the filesystem and that would help in some sort of way.

what u guys are missing is a commcenter patch,even though they are both signed bundles you still cant alter either one without a proper commcenter break or it will break the sig and fail.i have the sprint filesystem,you only need to be jailbroken to get it.

hey RICH can i at get a commcenter patch for my cdma iphone so i can get txt and talk at least cos my network does not offer ota pls help!!
