LG EnV3 power cycles on and off after flashing it.

After flashing my Verizon LG env3 to metro pcs I changed all the proxy settings over to metro. I double check to make sure everything was good and exited out and the phone rebooted. But now it just power cycles on and off I cannot do anything with it. I look for a manual factory reset but alledgely there isn't one. Any thoughts on this one I could really use the help.

Thanks for the reply.... I looked around the net to find out how to put the phone on emergency mode but no define answer. Right now all the phone does when I put the battery and turn it on is is flashes the verizon logo and turns off immediately after that. I do not have access to the key board or anything. Unless there is a manual way of putting the phone in emergency mode or to do a factory reset this phone will be useless. At least I do not see any other way hence I don't have access to the key board the phones is not on long enough for that it turns off in a blink.
