A method to read 16 digit password?

Hi all, Im trying to figure out how to find the 16 digit password and I have yet to find a tutorial. Im googled out, Im trying to get the pw for the u820 which does not exist yet. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

you must have bin file or rom file and use winhex depend............
