SAMSUNG RANT - DOWNLOAD MODE (mode:EMERGENCY, port: USB)

Samsung Rant I'm broken. It can not be loading system. Left turn only in writing the Samsung, live and off.
Occurs after I change the NV items.
I could go into emergency download mode, the usb port.
Ask an expert.

i am not sure what your asking but if your looking for bootloader press 9 and then power.then you can load the bin file.

I am from Indonesia.
I unlock Samsung Rant, which I bought from ebay. (this mobile phones are not sold at Indonesia).
I've successfully unlock and can read the SPC.
I could open with this SPC at CDMA Workshop.
I mistake is while change NV ITEMS of this phone.
I have inserted NV ITEMS that are not appropriate to this phone.
After a restart on this phone, mobile phones damaged and could not load the system. When turn on only Samsung's logo, on, off, on again, and so on.
Mobile no longer known by the computer when it plug into the USB
Mobile can only recognizable if the mobile phones at emergency download mode (for enter emergency DM, I was press the 9 and END keys simultaneously).
I was confused after attempting to re-write the original NV ITEMS of this phone with the help of CDMA Workshop. Mobile did not respond. It can not be rewritten.

Please experts can help me.
Are there programs that can work with this condition?
What could reset this Mobile?
CDMAworkshop and UniCDMA can't connect to phone.

from the pm you sent me,first thanks for posting this in the forum,as i explaned to you the forum only works if we post our questions where others with the same problems can read and find the same answers. what you need is the the dll and bin file for that phone,they are both posted in the samsung section of the forum.remove the battery then replace it hold down the 9 button ,while holding it down press power,the phone will boot up in dm mode and now accept your bin file restoring the phone to a working state. try that if you still have problems post here in this thread and we will try to help you. good luck.

Sorry for my foolishness.
I do not understand how to put the dll file to Hanphone.
Is there software to do that?
I've downloaded dll file for Samsung Rant.. (file : SamsungPST_SPHM540_Sprint_1.0.005.dll )
And what's the bin file? Where can I get?
Please experts can help me with some details.
