Japan's Akihito will take part in an annual memorial ceremony honoring war dead on Wednesday, for the last time as reigning emperor. When he abdicates next year, he will leave behind a legacy as an emperor who pushed imperial boundaries to reach out to Asia. Grace Lee reports.
