Oh...the other thing was I asked the customer if they had tried the customer service line listed on the instructions and she said they charge $10 per call. Is that true?
I sold one of these to a lady and she's been up here three times saying the thing doesn't work, but when I plug it in and connect to her laptop everything works just fine. Says when she plugs it in at home it works for a little bit then disconnects and won't let her reconnect.
I'm thinking that the computer is getting tied up trying to connect to "Cricket USB Modem" instead of the new wireless connection and should delete it.
Suggestions?

Got a response from Cradlepoint. They do charge $9.95 for a support call. Here's his response about what to do if the customer is losing connection between the modem and the cell site.
"Log into the admin pages of the router, [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] . then go to MODEM > Settings, uncheck enable high speed, uncheck aggressive modem reset, check verify connection, check enable ping on idle, set ping target to 8.8.8.8 . Then save settings and reboot the router. after the reboot unplug and replug your aircard."
