OK, seems simple enough..One last question, will this method still work on iOS5? i am running 4.2.6 right now, and didn't want to update to iOS5 if it wasn't going to work. If it will take the update, and still work with the same directions as above (that work wonderfully i might add), then i am going to do the update and go from there.

Does anyone know if a flashed iPhone 4 works on cricket in the Washington, DC Metro Area? Or what other carrier it might work on?

Just wondering...I have the phone working now, talk and text is just fie...I want to update to the 5.0.1 or the newest build that just came out yesterday. How risky is this to do? I know when i plug my iPhone into iTunes, it tells me there is an update available. Just wondering if this update is going to mess with the PRL i have written into the phone, if its going to try and reactivate on verizon etc.. I am jailbroken using greenp0ison, and also using disk aid method for the prl.

you can always rewrite the prl on 5.0.1 but really why would you want to update,i mean what do you think you are gonna gain except all the apps not working that havnt been updated to work on the 5xx platform?

take some good advice..if it aint broke...dont try to fix it..

UPDATE! Dial *22807 and so long as the phone is activated on a cricket account it works. OH BOB SAGET!
