How do I flash with Metro PCS. I dialed *228 and activated with Metro PCS but it shows my MDN as a 0000005045.

I was able to get the phone esn with metro, i did ota prog, changed the sid and still when i make call says to make collect call press 1, to use prepaid credit dial2, ..etc
why cant i get this phone fully working, what am i missing? i assume nid stays the same , do i change the mdn?

There may be a way to bypass the Apple Code Signature, i could be wrong, i am not sure, but there is a way to tell the Code to disable the Signature, but you may have to get a Mac and use some special Tools to get into the Code. Again, i could be wrong.

did you try what i suggested?

[dial *#5005*4357# then press send,that will tell what prl is injected in the phone,make sure it is a metro one.
then *#5005*74663# then send to check mdn

i have heard if you get american roaming network try to change nid from 66535 to 0

try that.

like i said i am not a metro guy so i am not familier w/there settings ]
