Blackberry 3G Problem

Hey all. I have been flashing phones for a while but I am having a problem with my Tour. Currently I am using the 42900 PRL on the android plan. On my phone it's only showing 1xev not 3G. I know this is the current PRL file in my area. I used it also on my Curve 2 and got 3G. Also just fyi in case anyoen was wondering everything works on the blackberry with android plan except bb messenger and facebook. All other apps work.
