Facebook today introduced several new music features meant to enrich users' experience on the social network. First, people will be given more latitude to share videos on Facebook that include music. Facebook is working with record labels so people can upload posts that contain licensed music, "opening up more options for creativity and sharing memories with friends and family." Facebook says it is testing this in several markets and will roll it out more broadly in the near future. Those looking for a more immediate boost in music-flavored fun factor should check out Lip Sync Live, a new feature that lets people lip sync to select song during live videos. "To try it out, choose the Lip Sync Live option when starting your Live video," explained Facebook. "After selecting a song from the song list, you can also add a description and customize your video with masks or a background." During Lip Sync Live broadcasts, users' friends will see artist and song information and can easily access the artist's Facebook page. Facebook's Lip Sync Live is rolling out now.
