Casio G'z One Boulder (Type V) Issue

Hello I am currently having an issue with my G'z One Boulder Type-V.
It will freeze up on the "Verizon" boot screen. Sometimes it will make it to the menu, sometimes it will sail right through, then 10 minutes later it will freeze up again.
I'm thinking it's a software issue.

Also, would anyone happen to know where I can get just an LCD screen for a Type-V? I tried everywhere online, but no dice.
