htc droid incredible help flashing please

hi i have a talk and text only flashed droid incredible that im using on metropcs. i have googled how to flash it with internet, pic, messaging, mms, and apps. and nothing is really helpful. so if anyone can help please do. thank you.

only solution i'm aware of is the droidflash2.0 but its a paid program from To0 and Cain, but I dont do metropcs.
