I am 95% sure it must be sent before your nv items can be read.

I sent the default samsung password and the spc/msl, and I still can't get any of the nv items.

this is 1192 nv items which I found but I am still missing 466 nv items. In order to get the data working, You need to get aaa codes from the donor phone which is unique for each phone. If anybody here needs 465 and 1194 NV items then please let me know so I can post it here.
