Root Incredible with Unrevoked Problem

Keeps getting stuck on "waiting for root", then goes to unable to achieve root.

Any help?

Do you have the adb driver installed? Is HTC sync or PDAnet installed? Do you have one of the supported radios, there is a couple that aren't supported and will hang up?

Figured it out. I was using v3.21. Verizon pushed and OTA updated that required a fix from the Unrevoked team in v3.22.

Rooted Incred fixing to put K ROM on it now.

I gota problem too.im not too familiar with the Incredible but it is an Android phone right? When I try to run the newest Unrevoked I get Validation Error:Backup CID missing....I have heard that this is related to refurbished Incredible phones I dunno but I havent found anything yet that will allow me to root this phone....Anyone got any ideas?
