LG Error [LG LX265]

Any idea what to do? do I really have to reinstall LGNPST all over again?

it did this when I tried phone settings, as well as trying to load the tot file

does it say that when you shut it down and restart it with a different phone and dll ? if not then delete that dll and any generic file associated with it and re-download a new copy of them and re-register them, and you'll be good. if it gives that error all the time then you gotta re-install and re-register all of it.

sounds good ill try it. because the other dlls worked fine
