Samsung Transform help

I just recently got a Samsung Transform and would like to root it and remove Sprint ID as well. This is my first smart phone/android device so I have no clue where to start. I've been doing research and have read a bit about SuperoOneClick. I have also read the thread in this forum about removing Sprint ID.

As a noob, I have no idea where to start and I'm a little nervous that I'm going to screw something up and ruin my brand new phone. Any easy steps and tips?

Please refrain from multiple posts on the same subject. It makes searching very difficult. That is why it is against forum rules.

My suggestion would be to Google how to root the samsung Transform and go from there.
