flashed samsung instinct s30 needing apps

i have a sprint samung instinct s30 that is flashed to cricket. i have only been able to get the talk andtext to work on it i know you can get web but not been aboe to do it myself. im trying to figure out how to put apps on the phone from my computer through usb or sd card of possiable. any help is apperciated.

not sure about the apps,but use this mmc to get web working.

use samsung pst to run it.
m800 and s30 web settings are the exact same,this mmc is for m800 but will work fine on s30.
