Huawei Crosswave

I have a customer who brought in the Crosswave because it wasn't connecting. I have done an ipconfig and pinged several websites and that all works fine.

However it isn't pulling up websites at all.

Do any of you geniuses have any ideas?? lol

it could be their browser? try puttin on firefox or something, and have you tried ipconfig releasing and renewing? ive never messed with those before just something i do when my webs not workin right

Browser is my guess as well. Anyway to reset the browser on those? Works on motorolas sometimes.

I figured it out. She had antivirus blocking the application. I unblocked it and BAM! it worked!
