Samsung U310 How put in emergency mode

Hi guys, i have samsung U310 it turn on and off.
how i get this in emergency mode?

I just found, how put this in emergecy mode, but the problem now is every time i try to load the bin it says error opening dll.

Could you share how to put the phone in emergency mode?

emergency mode is with the phone off press and hold 9 and then pwr.

Hold * + 7 + 9 = places the phone in DOWNLOAD STARTED.
Hold * + 7 + # = places the phone in DOWNLOAD MANAGER.
