Can i flash this to work with Tmobile? It accepts a sim so i though it could be possible.

not for sure but i believe that phone is an iden phone and not compatible with t-mobile but is compatible with other iden services like for instance boost.

also it seems to me that the iden models have an i in the model,is it 7520i ?

If it's a Nextel then as Rich said "NO" none of the Sprint or Nextel or Boost are compatible with T-Mobile. Even if they accept a SIM, it just won't work "except for a world phone unlocked to operate in the USA".
